About Us
Mission Statement
Kindred Exclusive provides refined, relationship-centered bodywork for those who value both meaningful pain relief and gently euphoric rejuvenation. When tension accumulates, alignment falters, or the body feels out of sorts, we offer a safe haven to soften, recalibrate, and return to a secure state of being in both mind and body.
Through consistent, attentive care in St. Joseph, Missouri, we cultivate a trusting therapeutic relationship where discomfort eases, resilience builds, and renewal becomes a reliable rhythm.
About Joni
Joni Martinosky’s journey into bodywork began with a single experience that changed her understanding of what was possible in the body. After receiving her first massage in 2008, she felt not only physical relief but a profound shift in her sense of well-being. She enrolled in massage school almost immediately.
Life, however, had its own rhythm. During her initial training she became pregnant with her fourth child and faced health challenges that required her to step away. That pause would later deepen her perspective. Two years after the birth of her child, with the steady support of her family and four young children at home, Joni returned to massage school with renewed clarity and commitment. She completed her training in 2011 and earned the highest state board score recorded at her school at that time.
Over the next fourteen years, her practice evolved through many iterations—each refining her voice, technique, and understanding of what clients truly seek. She expanded her studies in mind-body connection, including qigong and breath-centered practices, deepening her appreciation for the interplay between physical tension and inner steadiness.
Today, through Kindred Exclusive, Joni offers refined, relationship-centered bodywork rooted in both skill and presence.
Her work is driven by precise technique and the quiet, immeasurable power of human connection. She is passionate about creating a safe haven where guests can return to a secure space within themselves—finding relief from pain, easing accumulated tension, and rediscovering a grounded sense of ease they can carry forward into daily life.
Joni understands that not every therapist is the right fit for every person. Over time, she has developed a distinct style and strength of service. She welcomes those who resonate with her approach and gladly refers others to skilled colleagues when their needs call for a different modality.
For Joni, bodywork is not about performance or pressure—it is about trust, steadiness, and the consistent cultivation of well-being.
A Personal Note
Every body carries a different story. My intention is not to shape you into something, but to meet you where you are. Some guests feel immediately at home in my space. Others may discover their needs are better served elsewhere—and that is honored fully.
You are always welcome to come experience the work for yourself. Whether you stay for years or simply for a season, my role is to offer a steady, respectful space where you can explore relief, ease, and alignment at your own pace.
